Summary:  The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies at a senior level that promote the agency’s services, increase brand awareness, and drive new business. They will work closely with clients to understand their branding needs and develop effective strategies to support their business goals. The Senior Marketing Executive will also oversee the development of marketing materials, coordinate advertising campaigns, and work closely with the creative team to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the agency’s and clients’ overall brand messages.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may include prospecting for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive new business for the agency
  • Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. digital, print, events, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with media partners to secure effective placement for clients’ marketing materials
  • Manage and oversee events for clients, including planning, execution, and follow-up activities
  • Handle administrative duties related to marketing projects, such as budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future marketing campaigns
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, and event coordinators, to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform the agency’s and clients’ marketing strategies

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; and 3 to 6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership position
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, as well as experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage the details of multiple projects, deadlines, and challenging priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with media partners and managing events for clients
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software, as well as Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and analytics tools
