Summary:
Serves as the primary point of contact for client marketing support services, ensuring exceptional service
delivery and strategic guidance to meet client objectives. Responsibilities include managing client relationships,
developing customized marketing plans, coordinating campaigns, and providing consultative support to drive
business growth. Digital strategies, including social media, SEO, and analytics, will complement core client
service priorities to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for all marketing
needs.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s business in order to customize advertising/marketing
strategies/plans/campaigns/promotions and executes accordingly. Maintain confidentiality to strengthen
client trust.
• Evaluate effectiveness of Agency-led campaigns and programs for clients.
• Provide in-depth advice and recommendations on marketing needs of clients based on client objectives.
• Deliver proactive account management by providing business solutions to clients, as well as offering
ideas/methods of increasing revenue through unique marketing/advertising programs.
• Work with each client to establish target goals and objectives.
• Prepare and present campaign proposals, budgets, and timelines for client approval, ensuring alignment
with objectives.
• Negotiates proposals and budgts, ensuring cost effeciency and ROI accountability.
• Monitor campaign progress and coordinate with creative teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Analyze client performance data and provide actionable insights and reports to improve outcomes.
• Research industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform client strategies.
• Support digital marketing initiatives such as social media management, SEO, and paid advertising as
secondary priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital strategies into broader marketing plans.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as may be assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing/Advertising/Communications or equivalent experience in
marketing/advertising
• Three years marketing/advertising experience
Skills and Requirements:
• Excellent client relationship management and consultative skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and written and oral communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies including social media, SEO, and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
