Summary
The Multimedia Content Creator is a dynamic role that blends creativity and technical expertise to produce high-quality content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns. This individual will primarily focus on photography, videography and editing, with additional skills in motion graphics animation being highly preferred. Working collaboratively with the Creative and Agency teams, the ideal candidate will create compelling visuals that align with client objectives and engage a diverse audience effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Capture professional-quality photographs and videos for campaigns, tailoring them to various digital channels and platforms.
- Edit photos and videos, incorporating graphics and animations to enhance messaging and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize, storyboard, and brainstorm strategies for photo and video shoots.
- Design visually engaging graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Work closely with team members and clients during on-site shoots to achieve creative objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, while adhering to high-quality standards.
- Stay current on trends in multimedia content, social media, and digital marketing strategies.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, graphic design, digital media, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in content creation, photography, videography or related field (freelance experience considered)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling in photography and videography
- Familiarity with photography and videography equipment
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and how multimedia content supports campaigns
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for creating engaging content
- Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into visual assets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must have a valid Guam Driver’s License.
